Delivery times due to the 'Rona

International orders to most countries will probably take longer to arrive than normally.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package disappears in the mail or arrives damaged, send me an email to hummingfluffstudiohelp@gmail.com with your order ID and I'll mail you a replacement package.

Wrong or extra items

If you receive the wrong items or something is missing from your order, send an email to hummingfluffstudiohelp@gmail.com and I'll send you your missing items.
If you accidentally receive additional items that you didn't order you are free to keep them or give them to someone. No need to send anything back or contact me!
