Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or it disappears in the mail, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order ID (or, if you can't find the order ID, the name you ordered with) and I'll send you a replacement package!
Missing items / surplus items in package
-If your order is missing items, also send an email to email@example.com with the order ID and you'll be sent the missing items!
-If you've accidentally received additional items that you didn't order (like an extra book) feel free to keep them or give as a gift to someone, no need to contact me or send anything back.
International orders to most countries will probably take longer to arrive than normally.
